Last year, the two airports in Romania’s capital, OTP and BBU, have seen 14,729,894 passengers (+6,3% versus 2018) and 145,002 movements (take-offs and landings), up 5,2% versus 2018.
Henri Coanda International Airport (OTP) had 14,707,376 passengers (+6,3% versus 2018) and 123,407 movements (+0,4% compared to 2018). Bucharest Baneasa – Aurel Vlaicu International Airport (BBU) had 25,518 passengers (+24,1%) and 21,595 movements (+45,7%). Currently, there are 57 airlines operating at OTP airport to 131 destinations.
