La cateva minute dupa ce o imagine cu noul livery a aparut pe un forum de aviatie, United a prezentat pe Twitter un filmulet cu vopsirea primului avion, 737-800 cu Split Scimitar winglets (N37267), in noile culori.
Noul livery aduce o dunga valurita in partea inferioara a fuzelajului, iar zona gri de pe “burta” avionului a fost redusa, astfel ca botul este acum alb in totalitate. De asemenea, nacelele motoarelor sunt vopsite in albastru, iar auriul din globul de pe coada a disparut, fiind inlocuit de alb. In urma cu cateva zile, un Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner (N30913) a zburat la Amarillo pentru a fi vopsit in noul livery.
