Design inspired by Boston’s nautical past
Similar to the adjacent BOS-E Sky Club, the look and feel of the Delta One Lounge pays homage to Boston’s maritime heritage, with standout features like a custom-designed sail ceiling. Both the ceiling and bar shape nod to the USS Constitution or “Old Ironsides,” the world’s oldest commissioned naval warship still afloat, which resides in Boston Harbor.
Subtle elements, like a foot rail at the base of the bar and a metal cage overhead, pay tribute to the nautical, ship-like ambience. Bronze accents at the bar and in the atmospheric custom lighting, along with shades of blue marine in the banquettes, dining chairs and custom carpet, further echo the maritime theme. To complete the ambience: the lounge overlooks Boston Harbor and the iconic city skyline for inspiring views while you dine.
Delta offers over 160 peak-day departures to 63 destinations worldwide, including Amsterdam, Paris, Cancun and, starting Dec. 21, Liberia, Costa Rica—making up 13 international destinations in total. Next summer, Delta will expand its international schedule from Boston to its largest yet, with new routes to Barcelona and Milan as Delta solidifies its position as the city’s leading global carrier.
