To celebrate this milestone, a send-off event was held at the departure gate, where passengers received special goodie bags to commemorate the milestone. The inaugural flights received an overwhelming response, with flight loads for MH22 and the return sector MH21 reaching 95% and 98% respectively, reflecting the strong demand for travel between Malaysia and France. Malaysia Airlines operates four weekly flights between Kuala Lumpur and Paris from 22 to 27 March 2025, before increasing to daily flights from 29 March.
As part of this resumption, Malaysia Airlines also introduced the Time for Memorable Journeys Pocketbook for all passengers flying on this new route. The Paris edition, the first in an ongoing series, is designed to enhance the travel experience by providing useful tips for navigating the city with confidence. It includes essential information like local phrases, French etiquette, and insights into Parisian cuisine, helping travellers explore the city like locals and enjoy their journey.
