The newly released A380 name tags and golf ball markers are produced from the retired fuselage of aircraft HL7612, which entered service in July 2011 and logged a total of 41,898 flight hours. They are now available on Korean Air’s official brand merchandise website, e-Skyshop.
The name tags come in two designs: the aircraft design, which highlights the A380’s distinctive double-deck structure, and the window design, which features a sleek, minimalistic design. Both versions are engraved with the A380’s nickname, “Hotel in the Sky.” The golf ball marker set features two magnetic markers, one with a Taeguk mark design and another with a runway motif.

These A380 items are also the first upcycled products to feature Korean Air’s newly redesigned Taegeuk mark, unveiled in March this year. Due to the limited usable surface area of the A380 fuselage, production is restricted to 2,500 name tags and 500 golf ball marker sets.
This launch marks the airline’s 6th series of upcycled goods made from retired aircraft fuselages. Most recently, in April this year, the airline released keyrings made from a Boeing 777-200ER (HL7574) aircraft, which were popular among aviation fans.
