
JAL Group announced the summer schedule for international and domestic routes for fiscal year 2025. Details regarding the flight frequency plan for the second half of the fiscal year will be announced separately.

International flights
– To meet the demand between Japan and North America, as well as the connecting demand between Southeast Asia, India, and North America, the Narita-Chicago route will be launched starting May 31.
– To meet the strong demand for inbound travel, the first regular international flight for JTA, the Naha-Taipei (Taoyuan) route, will be established within fiscal year 2025. The launch date will be announced once decided.
– To accommodate the high demand, the Narita-San Diego and Narita-Bengaluru routes will increase frequency to daily from March 30 to October 25, and the Kansai-Los Angeles, Kansai-Honolulu, and Chubu-Honolulu routes will increase frequency to daily from July 18 to October 25. Additionally, the Narita-Honolulu route will increase to two daily flights from July 1 to 31.
– The Airbus A350-1000 will be introduced on the Haneda-Paris route from May 1, 2025, and on the Los Angeles route during the summer schedule period of fiscal year 2025.
– To improve customer convenience, the Osaka (Itami)-Misawa route, which currently operates one daily flight, will increase its frequency.
– Additionally, to meet the strong tourism demand, the Tokyo (Haneda)-Miyako route will have increased capacity with the introduction of the Boeing 787-8 aircraft, marking the first time JAL will use this aircraft on this route.
– From March 30, the Osaka (Itami)-Misawa route will increase from one daily flight to two daily flights.
– From June 1, the Osaka (Itami)-Sapporo (New Chitose) route will temporarily increase from 4 daily flights to 5 daily flights as a seasonal addition.
– From August 1 to 31, the Tokyo (Haneda)-Miyako route will operate with the Boeing 787-8 aircraft, increasing the number of available seats. During the same period, the Tokyo (Haneda)-Ishigaki route will also be operated with the Boeing 787-8 aircraft as in the previous year.
– The “JAL First Class Service” will be introduced on the Tokyo (Haneda)-Miyako route.
