According to our sources, flydubai will wet-lease 4 Airbus A320s from FlyOne (Republic of Moldova) for 12 months. Two will arrive in April and the remaining two in May.
The decision has been taken following 737 MAX’s grounding, which has been lasting since March 2019. So far, flydubai has received 14 MAXs (11 MAX 8 and 3 MAX 9). The official announcement should come later today.
