In the hope of pleasant weather and comfortable temperatures – perfect for excursions, sightseeing, or outdoor activities that can be less enjoyable in the summer heat – Spain remains a top choice for Austrian travellers during the autumn holidays.

To meet demand, Austrian Airlines adds:

– 5 extra flights to Málaga (in addition to the daily service)
– 3 extra flights to Barcelona
– 4 additional return flights to Valencia
– 12 additional flights to Mallorca.

Italy enthusiasts are equally well served: Rome gets ten extra flights, and Florence sees three more added to the regular schedule.

Boeing 777 flights to Cyprus

Those heading east to the Mediterranean will find Cyprus an ideal choice for topping up their vitamin D levels with its pleasant air and sea temperatures. A particular highlight: on three of the ten additional rotations, Austrian Airlines will operate a Boeing 777, offering even more capacity.

The Greek islands also shine in the quieter post-summer period. To capture this authentic charm, Austrian Airlines extends its summer schedule with 11 additional flights to Crete and 2 more to Rhodes.
