The 1,500-square-foot exhibition offers a family-friendly glimpse into the world of flight — brick by brick — through custom LEGO brick displays. Aviation enthusiasts can unleash their inner AvGeek as they explore and celebrate the complexity of flight through detailed LEGO replicas.
LEGO fans will love the masterfully built displays that showcase limitless creativity and the magic of bricks. Visitors will take in scale models of American aircraft, a detailed Admirals Club lounge, destination pods showcasing popular travel locations such as London and Rio de Janeiro, and exhibits highlighting some of the many careers behind each flight — all built entirely from LEGO bricks. For hands-on fun, visitors can create their own aviation inspired LEGO designs in the interactive build zone.
Bricks now boarding was brought to life by renowned LEGO exhibition artist Warren Elsmore. Known for building immersive, large-scale displays around the world, Elsmore worked hard to capture the spirit of American. From aircraft to airport lounges to iconic destinations, every element was thoughtfully constructed, proving that the magic is in the details. He blended aviation history and expert LEGO craftsmanship to create an exhibition that offers visitors a new way to experience the journey of air travel.
Bricks now boarding: American Airlines in LEGO bricks is open during business hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursdays, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are available here.
