Launched on June 2nd, the new service complements the existing Almaty to Guangzhou route, which has been operating 5 times a week since March 2025. On July 10th, Air Astana will also resume flights to Dubai.

Flights from Astana to Guangzhou operate twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with departure from Astana at 18.45 and arrival in Guangzhou at 04.30 local time. Airbus A321LR aircraft are flown on the route, with a flight time of 6 hours and 45 minutes.
On June 20th, Air Astana has resumed regular services from Almaty to Dubai, while Astana Dubai route will be resumed on 10th July. Due to the closure of Iranian airspace, flights will operate via Pakistan to ensure the continued safety and reliability of services.

29 June – 5 July: 6 flights a week (daily except Tuesday)
