This year’s conference will be chaired by Gabriel Hanot, Senior Aviation Consultant at GH Aviation Consulting, bringing his industry expertise to guide the discussions across both days. The event has already drawn strong attention from across the global aviation community, with delegates expected to travel in from around the world to take part and the full agenda is now live on the website.

Featuring over 60 speakers, 40 exhibitors, 600 attendees and 11 panel discussions, GAFC serves as a central meeting point for airlines, airports, lessors, MROs, OEMs and aviation service providers. This year’s program takes a broad view of the industry, addressing interconnected challenges including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, aircraft maintenance, airport development, workforce management, financing and geopolitical uncertainty.

Senior voices leading the conversation

A defining feature of GAFC 2026 is the caliber of its speakers. The panel discussions bring together senior leaders with deep, hands-on industry experience – representatives from major global carriers including Qatar Airways, United Airlines, Lufthansa Group, Turkish Airlines, Saudi Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Air Europa, Ryanair, Finnair and LATAM, among others.

The opening day will feature a keynote from Joerg Michael Eberhart, CEO of ITA Airways, offering a senior airline perspective on transformation and the industry’s future direction. Thanos Pascalis, CEO of Cyprus Airways, will also share insights on managing a smaller airline in a challenging environment.

Beyond the airlines, the program brings in senior representatives from MRO providers and engine manufacturers – including Lufthansa Technik, Pratt & Whitney, Nayak Aircraft Services and Rolls-Royce – alongside leaders from major European airports such as Munich, Athens, Bologna and Zurich, and top aircraft lessors including Avolon and SMBC Aviation Capital.

A rare opportunity – with limited availability

What makes GAFC particularly valuable is the breadth of expertise gathered in one place: airlines, airports, MROs, OEMs, lessors, technology providers and service companies, all engaging in the same conversations over two days.

Given the scale of interest this year, ticket availability is limited, and spaces are expected to fill quickly as the event approaches. With senior leaders from across the globe confirmed to attend, this is shaping up to be one of the most significant aviation gatherings of the year.
