KLM Wins APEX Award for Best Cabin Service

KLM has been named the winner in the “Best Cabin Service” category in Europe at the 2026 APEX Best Awards. This award is based on passenger reviews reflecting their own experiences during the flight.

The APEX Best Awards are based on more than one million passenger reviews. Passengers rate their flight experience across 5 categories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverages, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
