
Icelandair has started scheduled service to Miami, Florida. Icelandair operates three weekly flights to Miami—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays—until 2nd May 2026.

The route is served by the airline’s new Airbus A321LR aircraft, with a flight time of approximately 8 hours. Miami becomes Icelandair’s 19th destination in North America and the second in Florida, complementing the Orlando service. The Airbus A321LR offers 187 seats, 22 of which are Saga Premium seats and 165 are Economy.

Icelandair’s new service will make MIA the only airport in Florida with non-stop flights to all 5 sovereign countries in Scandinavia and will make Reykjavik MIA’s 21st European destination.
